How close is the car-park to Twickenham Stadium/RFU?
16 Minutes walk
Turn right out of the Car-Park and bear right at the junction/pancake roundabout. Opposite the Royal Oak pub on the Worton Road is Oak Lane, which leads to a footpath running alongside the Duke of Northumberland's River. The footpath will take you through Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. At the end, it brings you out onto Whitton Dene (B361) - and directly opposite the North Gate of the Stadium. Please note, the time stated does not include a pub stop!
Parking in Twickenham Ltd suggests that after the match you take the second, well-lit route (below) back to the Car-Park.
15 Minutes walk (at a shuffle speed)
For a fractionally quicker, well-lit walk, turn left out of the Car-Park and bear left down Hall Road, until you see Glen Walk on your left. Take this cut-through - which turns into a pedestrian walkway - until it brings you out onto Warren Road and the North Gate of the Stadium.
